1. How long have you been at Zenith?

I’ve been at Zenith for over three years. In that time, we’ve had a lot of changes from being acquired by FE Fundinfo to moving offices. This is my first corporate job, and I feel like I’ve come very far both personally and professionally during my time here.

2. What is your role at Zenith?

I’ve recently been promoted to the position of Research Coordinator within the Research team. Within this role, I’m the primary contact for fund managers, so I organise all fund review meetings, send out all the product cost agreements and data requests, and address the many questions that are sent though.

3. What is it like to work for Zenith?

For me, working here has been great. When I started as a Receptionist, I had no idea how far it would take me. I’ve held several support roles across the business in my time here which has continually enhanced  my business and industry knowledge. The business is very supportive of my career growth and have accommodated me starting a business degree by enabling me to go part-time. 

4. Tell us about your professional growth throughout your time at Zenith

I started as Receptionist and after a year was promoted to Office Administrator, then after another year I was promoted to Corporate and Portfolio Solutions Administrator, and have just moved to the Research Coordinator role. This role is definitely my biggest step up, but I’m loving it so far!  

5.  What is your biggest motivator at work?

My biggest motivator is to learn as much as possible about this industry so that when I finish my Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Finance, I have a good base to build my career in financial services. I feel very lucky to work for a company that’s in the exact field I would love to work in.
